Shipping Policy:
Our goal at UsedBookr.com is to ensure your shopping journey is effortless and trouble-free to ultimately give a fully satisfied and joyful experience. We provide complimentary delivery for all orders surpassing Rs. 599. For orders below this, you will find the calculated shipping fee provided by our shipping partner at the checkout page.

We are quick in service and we ship the same day (Except for Sundays and holidays), if the order is placed before 3 PM and if is placed after 6 PM then will be shipped the next day. After shipping, it takes 2-5 working days for Tier-1 cities and 2-7 working days for Rest of India.

The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the weight/dimensions of the books and delivery distance and type of delivery (such as Expedited delivery and Express delivery). Cash on delivery (COD) is also available on the checkout page at an additional cost of Rs.39. You can also request an Express Delivery at an additional cost of Rs.49 by reaching out to us at info@usedbookr.com or by WhatsApp at +916300201360. Immediate support hours: 10 AM-7PM on Mon-Sat (Excluding Public holidays).

We are very active in responding to order-related queries and we guarantee a full refund of your order if we fail to respond in 3 working days after receiving a query on orders placed in the last 10 days.

Cancellations?

If your order is not shipped, you can request cancellation right away over WhatsApp and we will cancel and process the full refund. You can request for cancellation by reaching out to us at info@usedbookr.com or by WhatsApp at +916300201360.
 

Incorrect or Missing item? Book cover different than what's shown on the website?

You need to send us an email or a message on WhatsApp with the description of the issue including a picture of the issue and the order number within 3 days after the delivery date and we will let you know if the item gets approved for a return or any refund after we review your email or WhatsApp message. If the item gets approved for a return or a refund, you may be instructed to return the item. We will process the refund once we receive the item within 1 working day.


How do I return the item?

First, you need to request a return over Email or WhatsApp and once we approve the return, a Doorstep pickup will be scheduled for a return pick-up in 7 working days. Alternatively, you can self-ship the books, you need to ship the book to your nearest IndiaPost center and send us the picture of the courier bill over WhatsApp and we will add that courier bill amount to the original refund amount. Note: We only provide Door pickup service for the address where the item was originally delivered. Also, Never return any item which is not authorized for return by our team and if we receive any unauthorized item, we will have full rights to keep or dispose it.
 

Not satisfied with the quality or the content? Want to exchange a recently purchase book from us with a different book?

If you are not satisfied with the book that you bought from us, as a "customer-delight" service from us, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery of the book with a different book over Email or WhatsApp. If we approve your exchange request, you can place an order for the new book and parallelly we will schedule for return pickup in 7 working days and once we receive the book, we will process the refund after deducting pickup charges and small handling fees (We will provide these charges during the exchange request approval stage). Alternatively, you can self-ship the books, you need to ship the book to your nearest IndiaPost center and send us the picture of the courier bill over WhatsApp.
Note: We only provide Door pickup service for the address where the item was originally delivered. Also, Never return any item which is not authorized for return by our team and if we receive any unauthorized item, we will have full rights to keep or dispose it. Condition - You can exchange 1 book per month.
